We begin by developing relationships with our clients. We conduct interviews and ask the group, individually and collectively, questions like these:

We use a variety of instruments to identify areas of strength and dysfunction, levels of psychological flexibility within the group, signs of stress within the culture. We conduct individual and group interviews to assess group emotional stability and flexibility. We gather data carefully to fully understand the group dynamics giving members a clear view of their base line situation. With the results our findings, we design trainings tailored to your group’s needs. We provide individual and group coaching to get help the group get where it needs to be. Training in the ProSocial Process lies at the core of our work.
